Mohammed Riaz Ahmed is working as a business consultant and trainer for the startup companies at Entrepreneurship Institute. His roles and responsibilities at the Institute include: .

1. Analyzing the existing strategies in a company to identify challenges related to operations and customer experience. .
2. Suggest new ways to be adopted by the company to achieve desired customer experience. .
3. Implement tools such as Design Thinking to identify true customer problem and come up with feasible ways to solve them. .
4. Deliver experiential training and programs to understand, improve and adopt customer centric culture. .

Mr. Ahmed did his M.Sc. from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, Saudi Arabia in Systems Engineering, prior to joining the Entrepreneurship Institute in March 2014. He did his Bachelors (B.Sc.) from Osmania University in 2009. .
