The Entrepreneurial Emerging Leaders (EEL) Program for Term 161 Kickoff

The kickoff for EEL program for Term 161 started Thursday 29 September 2016 with 84 attendees.  The EEL is offered to all KFUPM Students (Undergraduate and Graduate) every academic term. The program is an ideal opportunity for all KFUPM students who aspire to be entrepreneurs and/or would like to learn more about Entrepreneurship and Startups.  The EEL Program includes several modules such as design thinking, business model building, principles of design and prototyping, technology-entrepreneurship, developing business plans for investors, etc. Such activities enhance students’ entrepreneurial skills and well-prepare their businesses to be incubated and launched. Students take 46 hours of learning and 54 mentorship sessions in the program. Baker Hughes, and Gulf Cloud participated in the kickoff by giving presentations about the story of their companies and what challenges such companies are facing nowadays. More DTV tenant companies like Halliburton, Schlumberger, Sipchem, Yokogawa and GE are also providing similar lectures.
